We are an entourage of 15 persons.
Hatebreed will be traveling by tour bus and trailer.

Backstage Dressing Rooms
Please provide clean secure DRESSING ROOM(s) with:
Comfortable seating for 14 people,1 full length mirror,private bathroom, at least one large table,microwave,coffee,refrigeration for all perishable items, cups, plates,,cutlery, paper towels, cork screw, one large trash receptable and clean ice for drinks. Please keep all drinks on ice!
25 full size bath/shower towels,15 medium stage towels-available to TM at Get In.

Personnel
We required:
1 x Monitor Engineer, to be present from Load in until the end of the Show.
1 x PA / FOH System engineer, able to configure and troubleshoot the house desk and system, to be present from Load in until the end of the Show.
1 x Competent electrician (on standby) with full knowledge of and access to the venue ́s electricity system.
1 x House LD
5 x Stagehands to be present for load in, set up, during the changeover(s) and load out.
Safety and Security
Mojo Crash barriers in front of stage including security personnel (at least 2 experienced persons, who know how to handle and take gently care of an audience at this type of music.)
The FOH has to be protected by Mojo type barriers on ALL sides.
All cables leading from the stage to the FOH are to be protected by “yellow jacket” style cable protector bridges.

Provided by the Band:
The band will provide and operate the Front of House (FoH) console (Behringer Wing Compact), the stage box (Midas DL32), and all necessary microphones for drums and instruments.
Provided by the Venue:
The Venue shall provide:
All necessary audio cabling and microphone stands.
Four (4) Shure Beta 58 microphones.
A fully functional monitor system, operated from the house stage console by a qualified local monitor engineer.
No monitors from FoH console!
An active splitter for signal distribution.
One Cat5e STP <100m cable from the stage box to the FoH console position.
Additional Notes:
All equipment provided by the Promoter/Venue must be in good working condition and set up prior to soundcheck, in coordination with the Artist’s crew.

This lighting rider is geared for venues of 800 – 1200 capacity. For smaller shows we can forego some requirements after consulting our lighting engineer. For bigger shows the setup should be scaled accordingly. If no consultation takes place, we assume that all requirements will be fulfilled as stated and fully operational.
The promoter provides the complete local lighting system and crew at their own cost. All lighting equipment must be fully set up, patched and tested at artist arrival / load-in.
We do not assume any liability for personal injuries or property damage caused by incorrect installation of technical equipment, improper rigging, low-quality fixtures or negligence of the promoter. All applicable safety regulations and standards must be followed at all times.
Please do not hesitate to contact us in advance in case of any issues.
A separate movable truss or jo-jo pipe (min. 10m) must be available for our backdrop.
We travel with our own floor lighting setup.
Required from promoter/local crew:
• 1x 63A CEE (5-pin) power connection (Upstage Center) for floor package
• 1x CAT5e / CAT6 line from stage to FOH for sACN (ArtNet as backup acceptable)

5.3 NETWORK / DMX

• Dedicated, stable network line (no shared FOH network)
5.4 SPECIAL EFFECTS (TOURING)
We travel with our own special effects package, which is an essential part of the show.
Touring SFX equipment:
• 4x Briteq PowerJet Mk2 (upright fogger / CO₂ simulation)
• 4x Explo G2 (aerosol flame projectors)
GENERAL
All SFX equipment is part of the touring production and will be integrated into the lighting system.
If local regulations or venue restrictions prohibit the use of flame or fog effects, the units will remain unused. Any restrictions must be communicated in advance.
POWER & NETWORK & RESPONSIBILITY
All setup, cabling, operation and supervision of the special effects are carried out exclusively by the band’s crew (Hatebreed crew).
The promoter is not responsible for operation of the effects.
SAFETY
All effects are operated by qualified personnel only and in accordance with local laws and regulations.
The following conditions must be met:
• Safety zones must be kept clear at all times
• No flammable materials within effect range
• No low-hanging rigging, cables or decoration above effects
• Stage surface must be stable and even
• Fire extinguishers must be available on stage (SL & SR)
Minimum safety distances (depending on configuration):
Indoor use:
• min. 4m radial distance
• min. 4m vertical clearance
Outdoor (gas / aerosol):
• min. 5–6m radial distance
• min. up to 6m vertical clearance
Distance to audience barriers:
• minimum 2m – 3m depending on setup
Safety zones will be defined, marked and supervised by the SFX operator.
Effects will only be triggered when all safety zones are confirmed clear.
The complete Band & Crew is instructed and supervised.
PROMOTER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure that flame effects are permitted by local authorities
• Inform venue management and fire safety officers
• Provide required fire safety equipment
• Ensure compliance with all local fire and safety regulations
IMPORTANT
The special effects are a key visual element of the performance.
Failure to provide required safety conditions, approvals or infrastructure may result in partial or complete cancellation of SFX usage.
